Brake Services

Brake Fluid Bleed

When to service: A dropping brake pedal is the result of lack of pneumatic pressure in the brake system. Sometimes this is caused by air pockets in the system. Other times it’s the symptom of a failing master cylinder or a leak in the system. Bleeding the brake fluid of air pockets can prevent a dropping brake pedal.

Apply pressure to the brake system and open bleeding screws on the brake calipers or wheel cylinders
Add OE specific brake fluid as needed

Brake Fluid Flush and Service

When to service: Brake fluid flushes are recommended every 30 thousand miles. Brake fluid can lose viscosity over time and with some of the most extreme temperatures in the country ranging from 0°F to 100°F, moisture is likely to build in the system.

Evacuate all brake fluid using brake fluid flush machine
 Includes brake fluid bleed service

Brake Pad Service

Remove caliper guide pins, clean and grease
Cleaning caliper cradle and replacing shims as necessary
